Compounded 4-in-1 Topical — Minoxidil 7% + Dutasteride 0.1% + Tretinoin 0.025% + Fluocinolone 0.025%
Follic RX is a compounded topical solution combining four active ingredients into a single aggressive hair-loss treatment. It pairs high-dose Minoxidil (7%) for follicle stimulation with topical Dutasteride (0.1%) for DHT suppression, Tretinoin (0.025%) to enhance absorption and promote scalp turnover, and Fluocinolone (0.025%) to manage inflammation and irritation.
Minoxidil 7% — Vasodilator that increases blood flow to follicles, prolongs anagen phase, and stimulates regrowth.
Dutasteride 0.1% — 5-alpha reductase inhibitor (type I and II) that blocks DHT at the follicle level.
Tretinoin 0.025% — Retinoid that increases Minoxidil absorption and promotes epidermal turnover.
Fluocinolone 0.025% — Corticosteroid that reduces scalp inflammation and irritation from the other actives.

Systemic Absorption Warning
Although topical, the combination of high-dose Minoxidil and Dutasteride can cause systemic side effects. Monitor for low libido, brain fog, heart palpitations, or sexual dysfunction. Discontinue and consult your prescriber if symptoms appear.
